What has this actually looked like?

I joined Groove Intl. as an intern and grew into a leading role across our talent and PR department, working with managing and developing our agency roster.

Over the past year, I’ve scouted and onboarded talent, managed creator relationships, built and pitched brand partnerships, negotiated deals and supported campaigns, seedings and gifting across fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

Coming from a background in digital marketing and social media, I’ve not only brought a broader perspective to my work, but found a field where I genuinely thrive. Combining strategy, creativity and relationship building to connect the right people, brands and opportunities is where I feel most in my element.

Talent management

Alongside managing our existing talent roster, I took an active role in growing it, taking new talent from scouting → first contact → onboarding → management. This meant identifying the right people for the agency, building relationships from the start and understanding how to position and develop each talent commercially.
